This painting is all about creating textures using various materials and negative painting. This class will be held on two evenings to allow the watercolor to dry and the textures to set. No previous watercolor experience is necessary. All levels of painters will complete a successful painting using the step by step directions. Students will have the opportunity to create the backgrounds for 2 paintings but expect to complete only one painting in class. The finished size is about 15” x 11”. You will also have the opportunity to tear the paintings into narrow 5” x 11” masterpieces
